Our Story
Born and raised in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, Mike Cinelli came to Chattanooga in 2013 seeking a fresh start and a place to build a new life. Before entering real estate, Mike spent 7 years as a chef, serving at a local restaurant and an assisted living community on Lookout Mountain. Over time, he fell in love with Chattanooga—the food, the seasons, and especially the people. Together with his wife, he founded this company in 2016 with a vision to reinvent the rental experience through hospitality, care, and integrity.
Ivette Cinelli was born in Ecuador and moved to Miami in 2005. She relocated to Chattanooga in 2015, and she and Mike were married the following year. With a decade of experience at Whole Foods and working as a billing specialist for a national security firm, Ivette brings unmatched attention to detail and a genuine love for people to every part of their business.
